Booking Policies
- All Home Service Bookings should be made strictly via WhatsApp to enable us communicate the time of artist’s availability.
- Strictly no guests or children allowed.
- We do not refill lashes done by other artists.
Reschedule/Cancellation
- All reschedules/cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the appointment date, or your non-refundable deposit fee will be forfeited and charged as a no-show fee.
- When you cancel 24 hours before your appointment, you are eligible to use your non-refundable deposit fee within 30 days.
- If you cancel less than 24 hrs, your non-refundable deposit fee is forfeited and can’t be used.
- For your booking to be confirmed, a non-refundable deposit of ₦20,000 must be made.
- You can also pay in full for your lash procedure.

Prepare for your Lash Appointment
Come with clean lashes
No makeup, no mascara, no oils. Please be sure to arrive with squeaky clean lashes so your extensions can last longer.
Get ready to relax
Avoid caffeine before your appointment, because it can cause your eyes to twitch, Make you uneasy and difficult to lay still during the application process.
Dress Comfortably
Lash sessions can last 2-3 hours. Dress cosy and comfortable. It is basically a mini spa session.
Hair Etiquette (lashes before hair)
Opt for hairstyles that are flat at the back, a low ponytail that can be moved to the side.
Voluminous hair styles or high buns can make lying down uncomfortable during the treatment.
Be honest about allergies or sensitivity
If you’ve had a reaction to lash adhesive or lash products before, let us know. Your safety is our priority.

No, we do not refill jobs done by other lash technicians so only book refills if the lashes are done by us.
Appointments are strictly by bookings.
Our lash sessions takes 2-3 hours depending on the style and density of your natural lashes.
Our head artist offers more exclusive experience and privacy, often preferred for vip clients or those looking for that extra touch of luxury. Head Artist often handles complex or custom lash sets. That said, every artist in our studio is highly skilled and trained to deliver top- quality results, so no matter who you book, you’re in great hands and getting amazing value.
This setup gives clients options based on their budget or preference. Pricing is higher to reflect expertise and demand.
🌸 Classic: Also known as one is to one, is the placement of one lash extension to one natural lash. Your natural lashes (NL) must be healthy, straight and long. So the way your natural lashes look that’s how the outcome will be. But it be fuller(density) and a bit longer(preference) than your NL. It’s considered the most natural in all the sets. We use diameter 0.15/0.12/0.10 for classic.
🌸 Hybrid: Hybrid lash set is a mix of classic + volume lash extensions. It’s more of classic less volume. Hybrid is slightly fuller than classic. Outcome is also natural we use diameter 0.12/0.10/0.07 for hybrids.
🌸 Full hybrid: a balanced mix of volume & classic for a fuller, defined look depending on your lash health, it’s fuller than hybrid. We use diameter 0.10/0.07/0.05 it can be considered as a light volume set, it gives you a more textured look.
🌸 Volume: Volume gives you the Va-va-voom look here we use 3-10 (light thickness)fans on one natural lash, it’s lightweight and covers more sparse areas. We use diameter 0.07/0.05/0.03. It gives a fuller/ dramatic effect.
🌸 Mega Volume: As the name implies it’s a bit more dramatic, multiple light fans per natural lash are used to create a super dense fluffy and dramatic look. We use a diameter of 0.05/0.03.
The lengths and thickness will be determined by your natural lashes for each look.

A ₦20,000 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment slot. This deposit is applied toward your total service cost.
