Studio Policy
To help us give you the best lash experience, kindly take note of the following:
📍 Studio Location:
Lash Fairy Studio
First Floor, Naza Pharmacy Building, Ali Zarah Mohammed Road, Central Area, Abuja.
🌸 Please arrive 20 minutes before your appointment to allow enough time for preparation.
🌸 We are located on the First Floor. Kindly wear comfortable shoes, as there is a staircase and a short walk to the studio.
🌸 Please set aside enough time for your appointment. A new lash set typically takes 2–3 hours, depending on your natural lashes.
🌸 Wear comfortable clothing and relax your lash appointment is designed to be a calm, spa-like experience.
🌸 Kindly come with a clean, makeup-free face, especially around the eye area.
🌸 Hair Etiquette: Please wear your hair in a style that is flat at the back, such as a low ponytail that can be moved to the side. High buns and bulky hairstyles can make lying down uncomfortable during your treatment.
🌸 For extra comfort, you’re welcome to bring your own cozy blanket or throw to use during your appointment.

* To ensure every client enjoys a peaceful and relaxing lash experience, we kindly ask that children are not brought to the studio during appointments. We truly appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
* Clients who arrive with an extra person or children may kindly be asked to have them wait outside before the appointment can begin.

🌸 It is considered the most natural of all the sets, and it involves the placement of one lash extension to each natural strand. We use diameters 0.15/0.12/0.10 for this process.

Prepare for your Lash Appointment
Come with clean lashes
No makeup, no mascara, no oils. Please be sure to arrive with squeaky clean lashes so your extensions can last longer.
Get ready to relax
Avoid caffeine before your appointment, because it can cause your eyes to twitch, Make you uneasy and difficult to lay still during the application process.
Dress Comfortably
Lash sessions can last 2-3 hours. Dress cosy and comfortable. It is basically a mini spa session.

A non-refundable deposit of ₦20,000 is required to secure your appointment. The deposit confirms your slot and will be deducted from your total service fee.
What is the difference between Head Artist and Studio Artist?
The Head Artist offers a premium lash experience handled by the lead lash expert, while the Studio Artist provides professional lash services handled by a trained studio lash artist.
How long do lash extensions last?
Lash extensions can last for weeks with proper aftercare, but retention depends on your natural lash cycle, skin type, lifestyle, and how well you care for them.
How can I register for lash training?
You can register through the website or contact us directly for training packages, available dates, payment details, and class information.
Can I reschedule my appointment?
Rescheduling may be allowed depending on our booking policy and availability. Please contact us early if you need to change your appointment.
What aftercare should I follow after getting lashes?
Keep your lashes clean, brush them gently, avoid rubbing or pulling, avoid oil-based products, and book your refill on time.
